Inktober: friends?

Completely forgot to post this. (And yes, totally slacking off on the Inktober stuff. Sleep. It always comes first and is so elusive with little ones.
Also, that one on the left is a total, inadvertent self-portrait. And the other one is based on a lady I passed on the streets who was so sleek-looking in her fitted, all black ensemble, except for her bright yellow tights and sunglasses. I wished we could chat. We might be friends.

sketch of an awesome lady on the bus
Some people are just made for sketching. When I saw this sweet woman on our crowded bus, I could not resist sketching her this afternoon. I hope I am this awesome when I am grown up.
